What Is Meditation?
We'll begin with meditation because
meditation is part of
Fifth Dimension Consciousness
and you are already familiar with it.

Question:
How does  meditation
produces, enhance, and/or improve
multiple aspects of human life?

The answer is twofold:

*   Meditation has
    powerful affect  on consciousness.

*   Meditation changes body chemistry.
 

About Consciousness:
Reality has two sides,
one side physical,
the other side, non-physical.
The non-physical is called Consciousness.
Consciousness is king.
Consciousness is all there is.   
It controls absolutely everything

We are each in an intimate
and interdependent relationship
with all life in the Universe.
aka   The Oneness of Everything.
What we do or don't due affects the entire universe.
We are powerful creators.   
When we collectively, single point focus,
We can and will create our new reality
any ay we choose it to be.

Construction is already in process.
It's called  The Fifth Dimension ...

We live in a thought-and-emotion-created
and controlled, ​holographic Universe.
Consciousness creates and controls
everything physical because
what we call physical is a holographic illusion.

When you meditate, you are actually
connecting to your inner God/Goddess-Self 
from the perspective of
I Am That which I Am.
This is vastly different from your
3rd-D.perspective of
sheyitt consciousness,
scarcity, and money.

Thoughts Are the Bridge between
the non-physical world of Consciousness and
the physical world of personal experiences. 

To meditate is to relax, allow, enjoy, just be.
Whatever you think about
and are grateful for
is you saying to the Universe:
"I'll have more of this, please."
As you change your point of focus, 
you change your physical experiences.

Body Chemistry:
Your brain is a biological chemical factory.
The chemicals produced in your brain either
move your body toward health, vitality
and well-being, or toward
sickness, pain, and suffering.

While in Meditation,
the human brain produces
the chemical dopamine and
and releases it into the blood stream.
This brings  the feelings of
health, vitality and well-being.
Your body responds by creating
physical health, vitality and
a sense of well being.
Your positive point of focus tells the Universe
to bring you more health, more vitality
and greater well-being.
As long as keep your consciousness
at least one step above emotional neutral,
this circle of joy will continue.

Be Careful because negative thinking
produces the opposite
It produces sheyitt consciousness
in your mind and then, in your body.

the known vibrations.
